How do you provide treatments at home/at my workplace?
Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists are fully equipped no matter where they go. A treatment bed, any exercise equipment including weights and bands, acupuncture needles, creams, tapes, everything you need! All we ask is that there is clear access and a space for them to work (around 2 x 3m is ideal). It also helps our team members be better prepared if you are able to give them any information about parking and any stairs to access the property before your first treatment.
What if I’m not comfortable with receiving treatment in my home?
Please email us to discuss potential alternative locations for treatment. There are various suitable options available. We will do our best to find something that works best for you and your treatments.
What do I need to bring or wear?
It is helpful to bring any relevant paperwork, scans and medical reports to your appointment. For your appointment, it’s best to wear loose and comfortable clothing so it is easy to see and treat the injured area/s. It is likely you’ll be doing some exercises during your appointment so make sure you come ready to move!
What areas do you service?
Our primary service area is the Western Sydney region including (but not limited to) Richmond, St Marys, Rouse Hill, and Wetherill Park. If you’re not sure if we service your area, please drop us an email and we will always try to make it work! We are also experienced in telehealth services so no matter where you are, we would be happy to work with you.
What are your fees?
Our company specialises in workplace injuries and rehabilitation. We work under SIRA guidelines and provide our services gap-free so you are never out of pocket (as long as you have an active workplace injury claim or CTP claim).
